All ages are welcome at this interactive workshop!
Participants will learn how to transform hard-to-recycle items such as clothing and textiles into works of art and even practical items for the home. They will also learn about the importance of reducing waste and recycling properly.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own clothes that they wish to transform. Art and sewing supplies will be provided. The workshop will be held in both English and Spanish.

Los participantes aprenderán cómo transformar artículos díficiles de reciclar (como la ropa y los textiles) en obras artísticas y hasta útiles para el hogar. Tambien aprenderán sobre la importancia de reducir la basura y reciclar de manera apropiada.
Se invita a los participantes a traer su propia ropa que deseen transformar. Insumos de arte y costura serán proveidos. El taller se impartirá en ambos Inglés y Español.
